You are making this very difficult to vote! I had to run from a storm just like this one the last time we were home! Nothing better than a fun day at the beach..getting rinsed off by rain (fresh water coming in ..and hitting Niceville Seafood for some of the delicious steamed shrimp!)Your paintings really look like the scenes in my mind of where I grew up! Your insight and color is amazing!

I chose the painting Dark Sky because I loved the intensity of the sky against the white foreground. The subject is simple yet dramatic.

I am not an artist. I live in Hawaii now. I grew up in Pesacola Beach and this painting brought tears to my eyes immediately. It is so real. I miss those dark skyes and walks on the snowey white sand with my grandmother.

i just returned from destin and this painting brought tears to my eyes. I want to live there, it's like another world and your painting is so true to life. I sat outside my condo every morning and watched storms roll over the coast making the beach resemble your painting. Oh how I miss that place. It is my dream to move there.

i like this aquarelle very much
the athmosphere is like i have seen it my self in the past years when my wife and kids would run from the beach too our tent under the frightning clouds trhough the dunes and the wind.
i like it also for it s abstract texturesss that depict a real world.
i also feel it could have been any season with the same drama .I have the same attraction for sand and snow divided by a fence ,,and frikels of life spurting or crossing the dunes with the wind..
